Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
You connect your number to Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API from Settings. A number that already runs on another provider can be moved over: the provider releases it and you confirm with a code sent by SMS.
What does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta charges per template message, at its own rates for each country. Replies you send within 24 hours of a customer's last message are free, and so is the first 72 hours after a customer reaches you from a click-to-WhatsApp ad.
Which languages does the AI agent speak?
Arabic, including Gulf dialect, and English. It answers in the language the customer writes in, and you set its tone and name.
Can my team take over from the AI?
Any time. Assign the chat to yourself and the AI steps back. It also hands over on its own for complaints, refunds and anything it isn't sure about.
Where does the AI get prices and product photos?
